SAMSUNG 321 App now comes with COVID-19 Hotlines

SAMSUNG 321 app’s newest update adds COVID-19 Hotline numbers for any concerns and emergencies related to the pandemic

SAMSUNG 321 app’s newest update includes addition to the Covid-19 hotline numbers from DOH and Red Cross to assist users concerning the pandemic in a form of an emergency button.

Launched in 2016, the app allows users the quick access to a latest list of over 900 validated emergency contact numbers and locations compiled into categories the likes of Medical Assistance, Red Cross, Police Stations, Fire Stations, National Disaster Hotlines, and Motor and Traffic Assistance.

Straightforward interface and user-friendly, the phone numbers are also shown according to the user’s location for convenience. Simply choose the number to call and the app will proceed with making the call directly. Of course, standard mobile carrier rates for calls apply.

To utilize this service, users must first enable the Samsung 321 app through its in-app Welcome page or Settings. Another way to do enable the app is through the Apps tab in Settings of the user’s Samsung device.

The app is pre-installed on select Samsung mobile devices. Users can also download the app from the Google Play Store for devices that is running on Android 5.0 and up only.
