PSBank partnered with ECPay that allows customers to pay their loans through ECPay and 7-Eleven.
These loan options include Auto Loan, Home Loan, Flexi Personal Loan, and Business Loan. This means users can simply loan through 7-eleven and ECPay’s merchant partners with over 3,000 branches nationwide.
Users have to ways to make loans payment via ECPay through 7-Eleven:
- Through the CLiQQ kiosk machine, select “Bills Payment,” “Loans,” then “PSBank.” Input loan account number, mobile number, and amount due. Customers will receive a generated barcode, which they should present to the cashier.
- Go for on-the-go individuals that can make transaction anywhere using the 7-Eleven CLiQQ app. The exact instructions apply as the first; customers should present a generated barcode.
Only loan accounts with active, current, or updated status can make payments through 7-Eleven. Customers can make partial payments on or before their due dates. However, payments made before the 11:30 PM cut-off time on weekdays are processed and posted to the account within the day. Meanwhile, payments settled on weekends or holidays will be posted at the end of the next banking day.
Take note that 7-Eleven only supports cash payments. CLiQQ kiosk machine supports PHP10,000 per transaction, while the CLiQQ app can accept PHP50,000 per transaction.
To check if the payment goes through, customers can review the transaction history under My accounts in PSBank Mobile, My Loan Accounts in PSBank Online, or Basic Banking in Business Online Buddy.
