Shopee’s integrated e-wallet, ShopeePay, partnered with GHL Systems Berhad to further spread e-payment services in the country, bringing cashless options for businesses and consumers to over 83,000 merchant points nationwide.
For context, GHL is ASEAN’s leading payment solutions provider that already has a vast footprint of 383,600 payment touchpoints across the region. Partnership with GHL would allow ShopeePay users to pay at physical establishments such as Phoenix Petroleum, Family Mart, Three Sixty Pharmacy, Prince Retail, and more nationwide chains.

This partnership also pursues to encourages Filipinos to embrace and make use of digital payments more. ShopeePay will work with other partners to further boost financial and digital inclusion throughout the country.
