The search for your perfect color has begun!
A new global social media campaign has been launched recently by Samsung Electronics titled “Find Your Color” – wherein users are allowed to identify their most preferred color among one billion colors, based on the social media photos they have shared.
The campaign aims to engage millennials through a multi-channel social and digital media approach. The figure of one billion colors is substantial as the range of colors Samsung’s QLED TV is able to express.
A mobile website is also set for the campaign titled “Find Your Color” (Samsung.com/FindYourColor), wherein the site analyzes a user’s images shared on her/his social channel to find the most frequently used color for the consumer, and return a unique color swatch overlaid on the user’s profile picture. This will allow the users to share it on Facebook or in Instagram and participate with the hashtag #FindYourColor #QLEDTV. An interactive experience that presents imagery and content generated by social influencers and participants is also viewable in the mobile microsite.
