Krafton announced to remove PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Lite or PUBG Lite worldwide by April 29 at 05:00 (UTC) or 1:00PM in Philippine time.

By May 29, 2021, Player Support for Lite will no longer be available as well.

“We are deeply grateful for the passion and support from the astounding number of PUBG LITE fans that have been with us. During the strenuous times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope that PUBG LITE was able to provide our fans a fun way to stay safe,” Krafton said in the release.

While the schedule termination is still quite a long way, PUBG Lite’s users can still play the game and spend in-game credits.

However, the company decided to keep the Facebook page live after its scheduled termination until further notice.
