Doing business with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is now more seamless, thanks to the agency’s adoption of new queuing technology in all frontline offices across the Philippines.

PRC is rolling out its Web-Based Queue Management System (eQMS), a system developed by its Information and Communication Technology Service (ICTS) that allows clients to secure their queuing tickets for specific transactions through their smartphones online.

PRC said that clients can now view the waiting list and monitor queues on their smartphones.

The new approach is part of the agency’s adjustments in line with the new normal brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

It also complies with the set of guidelines and standard procedures for administrators and users as stated under PRC Resolution No. 1273.
