In light of the escalating presence of the e-commerce industry in its platforms, Facebook launches an interface to meet the demand, called Facebook Business Suite.
This new interface assists businesses to keep updated and manage their pages and profiles across apps. It also integrates Facebook and Instagram, in which users can post, manage, and receive messages, notifications, or alerts all in one place. It also provides a convenient way to review interactions gained from their posts or what Facebook dubbed as “Insights” on both Facebook and Instagram platforms simultaneously.
While Facebook Business Suite is designed for small businesses worldwide that utilize Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp to stay firm in the market, Facebook also has plans to develop this new platform to cover larger businesses by next year.
